HMX Retro Series (Pack of 35)
Description
The HMX Retros series is a collection of mechanical keyboard switches developed by HMX in collaboration with 80Retros. These switches are inspired by classic film aesthetics and are designed to offer distinct sound profiles and typing experiences. The series includes three main models:
-
KD200: This switch features a high-pitched, clacky sound, reminiscent of the HMX Cheese switches. It utilizes HMX's latest stem and bottom housing molds, enhancing the typing experience.
-
FJ400: Known for its medium clack sound, the FJ400 employs a T-series stem and P2 bottom housing, resulting in a distinctive clacky bottom-out sound.
-
Game 1989 Classic: This switch is characterized by a deep, thocky sound, achieved through a T5 stem and P4 bottom housing. It offers a total travel distance of 4.0mm, closely aligning with the desired 4mm pole bottom-out specification.
All three switches benefit from HMX's updated moulds, which have addressed previous issues related to leaf ticking and lubrication, ensuring a refined typing feel.
