A very popular tactile switch, these offer a minor tactile bump and an actuation force similar to that of a Cherry MX Red.

Cherry MX Browns are a very common switch alongside Cherry MX Reds. These offer a moderate tactile bump when actuated, paired with a slightly stiffer spring. Cherry MX Browns are rated for more than 100 million actuations. Light lubrication is recommended to not dampen the tactility.
