The Gateron Melodic is a modern clicky switch that swaps the old click-jacket for a leaf-click mechanism, giving a crisp, clean click with less rattle. It comes lightly factory-lubed for consistency, and the PC top/nylon bottom housing with a POM stem keeps the feel smooth while letting SMD LEDs shine through. If you want audible feedback without the harshness of older clickies, Melodic nails that “controlled click.”
